We know some dogs are more comfortable with a particular handler, so we’re happy to accommodate your pet’s preference for a male or female groomer, where possible. Just let us know at the time of booking — your dog’s comfort is our priority.

Sometimes, extra time or special care is needed. We’ll always talk to you before applying any of the following charges:

Prickle/grass seed removal: $5–$30
Excessive undercoat removal: $10–$30
Urination/excrement clean-up after drying: $10–$30
Greasy or poor coat condition treatment: $5–$20
Flea treatment: $15–$35
Temperament/aggression handling: $10–$30
Curled or neglected nails:$10-$25
Deshedding treatment: $10-$50
If a dog is heavily matted, we will clip the coat short for their comfort. We do not cause distress for vanity — our motto is always humanity over vanity.
